In the last year it is about 20 days outside of Uk so should not be a problem.

Yup, I checked in our passports, we were in Uk in Nov 2006 so 5 year rule should be fine as well.

Hi,

I never applied for naturalisation. I was not sure whether I should apply for it because of the offence. I thought about waiting for 5 years.

Now, most probabaly I will never apply for naturalisation.

Just out of curiosity, any sucess for people who applied with LC20?

I still have not applied for the Naturalisation but will be applying for it soon. I have made an appointment with NCS today and will see what they say about it.
