Re: General discussion on naturalization applications

Hi, I submitted mine and my wife, on 20th Dec 20,Biometrics on 15/01/21 and still pending. Even request to Local MP is not working. This is probably the longest of the time any of my application has taken so far. I am not panicking at the moment but may do in couple of month time. Hoping for the best.

Re: Dependents Applications after ILR

Dear All,

Just for understanding

Once kids (under 18 )are registered as BC , when can they apply for British Passport?
Anytime after?
Or they need to re-register, once 18 and then apply?

Thanks

Re: Long residence application date

The interpretation by most is:
1- When you entered ( entrance date)
2-Permission to stay( in country applications) which is confusing, of course if someone has already spent sometime continuously.
Confusion with “ Permission to stay” and permission to enter🙂

Re: Tier 1 Ext Refused after interview -Urgent help Needed

I think,if you have not exercised the "AR" and you were awaiting the result of your second application(which assuming was applied within 14 days of the refusal), then you were eligible to switch application to ILR(LR) as your section 3C Leave continues. I may be wrong but that's what I understand.
