Re: Terrible experience at London Heathrow Airport

@ Khan88, I am guessing the immigration officials interviewed you base on ''genuine entrepreneur test'' which sometimes involves psychological questions based on probabilities. You stated that you got your visa in December 2015 and about 6 months after you were encountered at the airport, you seem t...

Re: Salary to my dependent counts as investment?

@ yoshinoya, you can use the salary paid to your dependant as part of your 200k investment funds, but your dependant will have to be part of your employee and doing job which you can defend if queried. But since your dependant is still under visa rule, you cannot use her to claim employment creation...

Re: 6 month short of 10 year lawful stay..Urgent advice need

@ Lawful10yearilr, you need to explain whether the discrepancies in your wife pay is due to mistake by your wife or if its from the Umbrella company. Without full detail about your refused application, you won't be able to get correct advice by members who can help.

Re: Tier 4 FTT Refused 6 month to complete 10 Year

@ Nauman786, If FTT refused your application for permission to appeal to UT and you then apply directly to UT for permission to appeal, then your section 3C still continues even if UT refuse your application. You will then have 28 days after this to submit a fresh application to UKVI. So it might ev...

Re: Tier 4 FTT Refused 6 month to complete 10 Year

@ Nauman786, try to relax and focus on the present application to the FTT for permission to appeal to the UT which can take between 1-3months for you to get response. You have a very high chance of meeting the 10yrs legal stay if your permission to appeal to UT is granted by FTT as it might take ano...

Re: 6 month short of 10 year lawful stay..Urgent advice need

@ Lawful10yearilr, if the discrepancies in your wife pay is due to mistake or from the Umbrella company, then you guys can apply for JR of the refused application rather than submitting a fresh application which might also be refused base on the allegation of deception in your last application.

@ abdhriz, it will be advisable to ask your accountant to amend the payslips to reflect the correct figures on your FPS or better still your accountant can include a detailed letter with your account to explain the amendment.

@ Ahmed25, the rule state that you should employ 2 workers for minimum of 12months each or in some cases a single worker for 24months or mixture of full-time worker and part-time workers. So you cannot just consider hours alone, you should also consider the minimum period for the employment.
