I think it took 3 weeks. I wrote a letter detailing what the error was and added the original birth certificate. I believe I sent it to the address on the approval letter (can't remember exactly).

It can take between 3-6 weeks. I had my child's certificate amended earlier this year. I did it asap after it was issued and I didn't pay

After a very very long wait, we got my husband's SET M decision.

Applied on 13th January
Approved on 17th June.
Documents and Biometric card received on 19th June.

Good luck to all who are still waiting. This forum is awesome.

my letter had same wording (with no mention of ilr approval) and leaflet had notes on ilr approval. if you will use NCS, call and find out if they will accept the letter Received a letter and leaflet the letter says I am returning the documents...........................................................

does your letter say its for information purposes only or its just mine I think it should be letter date . BRP may produce late. you can try with the letter. SSWSZ is right. i applied for 2 MN1 reg in december. you need to add a copy of your brp. the letter tells you the notes are for information purposes only and does not convey grant of ILR I don't think so it's possible .,because for mn1 they require proof of your ILR passport with child birth certifi...
