Hi All, my friend applied for ore-settlement status as he is a non-EU married to an EU citizen with EUSS, he gave his Bio on the 5th of July and till now no COA received, is there is a way to send email to them or ask for the COA to be issued? Thank you in advance.

He have given his biometric in TCL visa centre, when he try to track my application it says it's with the decision centre, does that mean its already with case worker no letter needed? Anyone knows the timeline for these types of applications? How long it takes to get a decision? Thank you again guy...
