Re: Citizenship Ceremony cancelled due to Covid-19

Re: Citizenship Ceremony cancelled due to Covid-19

Re: Citizenship Ceremony cancelled due to Covid-19

I wanted to share a good news with all. I received an email from my local register office notifying me that private ceremonies are available M-F, cost of a £100. I think that's promessing. The only thing is my wife did not receive the document from home office yet other than a reply to my email 2 ...

Re: General Discussion During Naturalisation Application Process

Thank you for sharing your view. I agree, I was privileged and lucky enough to get mine in over two months, I am not even trying to hide that. But when I applied, I resigned to the fact that obtaining a nationality is a ‘privilege but not a right’. So, while I would have been frustrated if I didn’t ...

Spouse Visa 2.5yrs or 6months Confusion

After this you’ll need to apply to extend your stay." Does this mean after the 6m ...

Re: SET (Protection) Route applications

@dgal @destiny2014 Thank you people.
My question to you is how long roughly do you think it took them to process the April applications
I think it is safe to say that the applications are now taking 4 months to be processed. And yes the BRP card came a day before the letter.

Good luck people

Life after Set Protection

Hi guys i've been a silent observer over the years, and I must admit there has been an awfully lot of helpful people on this forum. Today I would like to pick your brains of ILR set protection: 1. After a person has been successfully granted ILR, are they still under protection? and therefore exempt ...
