what are detatils of employment?

WRS, P60s and passport (and life in the UK) should be enough. If they need more (unlikely), they will write to you and it wont delay the application by more than several weeks. Did you register for WRS within one month of starting work? Proof of residency can be a passport for the period you have been in the UK. Yes I registered, there is not issue.
