Re: Long Residence - You contact Details

You apply for ILR on form SET LR for long residence. The other bits you are reading are not relevant to you as you do not hold the relevant visa to apply via the family route. Thank you. SET (LR) is the form I am processing now. I hope that theyt won't refuse my application saying that Ishould appl...

Re: Long Residence - You contact Details

All visas count for long residence, regardless if the route is closed. When a visa route closes, it is only for the 5 year route ilr. Not sure why you have waited so long to apply for ILR and did not apply when your partner did. Anyway, here is my situation, what would you suggest I should apply fo...

Re: Long Residence - You contact Details

If you currently hold a tier 1 dependent visa, you could apply for ILR only if the main tier 1 visa holder applied for ilr via the 5 year route. If your partner applied for ilr based on 10 years long residence, then you cannot apply for ILR based on 5 years tier 1 dependent visa. My partner got her...

Re: Long Residence - You contact Details

Ukvi don't phone you! Besides, even if they did phone, they wouldn't be able to speak to your wife due to GDPR. All visas count for long residence ilr. What is GDPR? I think PBS dependent as working visa dependent, not vialble through the family route, is that correct? GDPR = the date protection re...

For ilr they don't. They email you.
By the way, do you know if long residence ILR still offer fast track service (decision in 5 days!)?

That is reassuring. Goody good. So I should enter my own phone number then. Anyway, in the covering letter I do state that email contact is preferred.

Thank you for your help.

Long Residence - You contact Details

I am in the process of applying for ILR 10 years Route. There is a section "my contact details" asking to provide email address and phone number. Now I am worried that my English is not that good to answer phone calls. Would it be OK to give my wife's phone number instead? Please help! I have stayed...

Re: WP+TIER1 eligibility for ILR, few days short-Success

Hi

I am a little confused, so how come you were approved?
I can see how you could have applied on 16-09 and be withing 28 days of the 7-10.
You applied on 28th August, right? That's way before 28 days until 7th of October![/quote]

Well, I applied on 10 September if that could be any of help.

Re: TIER 1,2,5 Dependent FORM N5, M9, M13

Does anybody notice that Question N5 in the Tier 1, 2, 5 dependent application form (version 08/13) is kind of out of context? If that so, how would you answer to that question? Someone having some good ideas? The more I read the N section, the more I am getting certain that N5 is actually out of c...

Does anybody notice that Question N5 in the Tier 1, 2, 5 dependent application form (version 08/13) is kind of out of context? If that so, how would you answer to that question? Do you need to answer Q N6 N7 if you are only applying as the spouse, not the child dependent? Also M9 M13, do you have to...
