Tier4 switch toTier2 dependent

Hi

Can Tier4 switch Tier2 dependent inside the UK?
I am hold Tier 4 until May 2014, My husband visa will be expired on July 2014 and will be renew it, can I apply T2 dependent visa with him on sametime inside uk ?
