okay great. Thanks Guru for your kind suggestion. She can apply in person for a same day decision. BRP card can take a few days though. Thanks CR001 . i am stuck for my company's financial year. as we both me and my partner taking salaries from own company. we have to show 12 months payslip isnt it ?

If you have ILR, you can claim. YOU are the claimant NOT the child. However you are required to send evidence of the child (birth cert and passport etc) with your CB claim as well as proof of your ILR.
