Yes it is. If she has a degree taught in English then she should get a NARIC statement of comparability (click) and a letter from the institution to say it was taught in English along with the degree certificate. This should suffice the new requirement in addition to her pass of the Life in the UK ...

Based on the dates you've stated she can't apply for settlement till 31 October 2013. The life in UK test will be needed in addition to the B1 requirement, depending on which Country she is native, does she have a degree which was taught in English? Is that 28 day rule set in stone.? She is ...

Oh dear, just short. She can apply from 28 days before her 2 years ends. See KoLL (click) and the new requirement from 28-Oct (click) I thought she had until 28th October (edit..to apply) to pass just the LIUK test.? She takes the test on 19th September..next week..:) Her visa expires 5th January ...

Yes tax credits and child benefit (if applicable) can be included as income under Part 8 (the old rules). Tax credits should be in joint names as you're a couple.
