Now I am searching for more grounds to get a right for Upper tribunal appeal. I am not happy from the Judge and not agree with her decision. In my Court Hearing which was on 3.09.13. She was continuously calling me liar and was very rude. I was very dishearten from her behaviour. Is anyone going ...

14 Year Continuous Residence - Help

Hello

I am looking some help in relation to my case.

Applied for 14 years and got my hearing was 1st week of September.

received the response of that hearing last week that appeal dismissed.

Judge was P J Carroll

any help plz I need to send appeal to high court now.
