That seemed ok. You can claim the job creation point of two part time employee in September 2018 as both job exists for 12 months.

Instead of sending PAP or wasting money of solicitors you should asked or apply SAR (subject access request). It will tell you where you application is standing at the moments. sometime your application send to interview team and waiting in Que for an interview call.

There is no restriction of employing cant do two jobs. it is perfectly fine and you will be awarded job creation points As long as they are in your payroll. It doesn't matter doing another job or not.

Its looks ok to me please inclueds few family picturs and marriage pictures as a relationship evidence. I includes my mobile bills whatsapp & viber skype call record with my wife also in her visa file application from lahore pakistsn. These are optional documents. I got my spouse visa in 8 days.
