Have not been able to get my manager to look at the COS again. I called HO and was told that's not an issue. Not sure if that can/will be an issue? :(

Thanks Manci.

I just emailed him, I'll go ahead and submit the application anyway. In case the Given Name(s) is not there, I believe we can use the 'Sponsor Note' to add it tomorrow when I'm In.

Our application was processed less than a month so you're likely to get it middle or late December if you apply next week.

URGENT -Given Names not showing on COS summary after payment

Everyone, I'm applying for my Tier 2 visa tomorrow. My manager and I assigned the COS this evening and we ensured all the fields were filled. However, after making payment and getting to the summary page where the COS number is given, every other details is displayed such as surname, date of birth, ...

Yes you're right. Thanks for your help, as ever! Your CoS was approved quite quickly under 3 weeks. My company applied September 8th online then seny the supporting document by post on the 15th of September. We are just waiting to hear from them. Do you know if they visited your company before actu...

As you submitted your application in-time you are only an overstayer from the date that you received the notice of invalidity. Overstaying up to 28 days is ignored, so you can re-apply within this 28 day period. We re-applied for CoS 3 weeks ago after being refused initially. I strongly believe we ...
