It's a shame your solicitor has let you down. I will suggest if you can meet or prove that the refusal was unlawful by providing further evidence, your next line of action is to re-apply as the tribunal will not accept a late appeal. Good Luck

Hi, I will suggest you wait for the COA to arrive and you can start from there. Because the COA will come with case ID and the exact address to send any correspondence. Good Luck.

Well,I think you should still wait for the final determination of your STATUS or contact them through your Lawyer if you have one. It all depends on the degree of your crime as it can sometimes be so devastating for you if you happen to be seen as a threat to National Security. All the best.
