Call me Paranoid but will they contact you if there is something they don't understand (or with my writing that they can't read) and looking over the blank form I'm worried that there are a few sections that I can't remember filling out (probably just paranoid) but if by some oversight I have missed...

Phew as I've worked since 1996 with a gap of 3 days between jobs (well between working at one job full time, then started a new full time job, and still working at the original job but now only part time) very complicated

Also I have seen a case where a European citizen was rejected due to lack of medical insurance is this necessary as I've never had this but then again I've lived in the Uk and have been registered at a Doctors since we moved here

Any idea (guess is probably the more accurate term) on how long this application should take as its a fairly simple case, but then again more complicated ones seem to be going through faster than simple ones going by the monthly tallies.

I have asked for my passport back as I will need to travel with work. Very helpful staff at UKBA and passport arrived next day after my request. My Application went in Monday 23rd, received 24th but payment hasn't yet been taken and no contact received yet, presume this is fairly standard as its less than a week.
