Include them as dependents on FLR(M) form, wife as main applicant and children under 18 details in Section 4 of the same form. You will also have to pay the NHS surcharge for all of them @ £200 per person per year payable upfront at the point of application (£200pa X 2.5 years visa = £500 per perso...

My wife got 30 months for FLR(M) which is due for extension shortly. I was wondering if we will be able to use the same IELTS certificate (now expired) for the extension of FLR(M).

Any advice/experience

If she applied for a spouse visa, then her qualifying period for ILR may have been reset , unless you could argue that she is still subject to the transitional provisions . Thanks Vinny for the reply. Not sure, how can I argue that she was still subject to the transitional provisions thanks again
