I dont think that it applies for ILR applications. The statement says " Entry clearence + Leave to remain applications" Leave to remain is always extension application. you have to apply for your son's Registration as a British Citizen with Homeoffice first.....once you get a letter from HO, then youcan apply for your son's Passport...

we have to do B1 level test...i am talking about the new Interview rule...

you will need 2nd extension before you apply for ILR....

I think New policies of the Tier 1 general doesnt apply to ILR as statement says " entry clearence + Leave to remain".....

Leave to remain means extension . not ILR...
