How long you've got left before your tier 4 runs out? Like I mentioned I switched from tier 1 post study work. But I know it's lot easier if you're switching from tier 4. I mean the skill level and salary threshold. All I can say is keep applying for jobs and if you do get it then all you need is ...

After a year long battle with the home office I finally got my tier 2 general (employer sponsored visa) This website did help me but also confused the hell out me at times when I really needed sincere and experience-based advice! Just a quick question - my solicitors sent my application off in post on Saturday 5th of October. It's been two weeks now and we haven't got anything from UKBA! Such as an acknowledgement letter
Is this ok ? I'm trying to switch from PSW to Tier 2 general

Need help ASAP !

I'm going to send a tier2 general application in post tomorrow but the job code on my Cos is a level 4 code (3116)- I pointed this out to my solicitor but she said there's no need for another Cos and advised I should get a company letter stating that the Job code on the CoS does not match my job ...

What if it gets refused again ? I know I can't appeal after this application. But I think there must be some way out ?? Since my application is being processed now , can I send them a revised code in post ? Is that acceptable ? Please reply
