I had applied for Ilr long term residency 10 yrs by myself in June 2013.

I got it back on 24/10/13 without any problem even i had a criminal record.

But i'm involve a lot in Volunteer work and received letter from David Cameron.

I need to apply for my wife extension.She has been here since 2005.
I was bot confused about the finance and according to her visa she is not supposed to apply for public funds but she applied for child benefit.Do you think is going to affect her application.
