Re: How will an e-visa be validated when traveling back to the UK?

Thankyou for your reply. Why would the immigration officer of another country be interested in your UK visa? The only people who should be bothered about it are the airline staff who check if you can board the flight and the UK immigration staff, who should be able to check your immigration status ...

How will an e-visa be validated when traveling back to the UK?

Hello Experts, My ILR BRP is expiring at 12/2024 and my evisa online is not yet ready despite having received an email. Apart from that, I'm concerned about how an e-visa will be verified by immigration in another country when traveling back to the UK. I assume you'll need to show it on your phone ...

As per home office: " You have only paid £1560.00 which covers a period of 30 months although your visa will be issued for the period of 3 years. This means that an outstanding amount of £312.00 is due to b ...

Dear Moderators, My partner and child who are PBS dependents on my ILR need to renew their visa . Changing Spons und Tier2Gen- Can dep. also change in Country

Hi All,

When changing Sponsor under Tier 2 Genaral, can the dependent also change the dependency in country. Or the dependent needs to exit country and apply fresh out side county. Please clarify.

Much Appreciated,

Hi,

Thank you for your valuable response. I've sent a letter clarifying the mistake to UKBA before my appointment. Also taken the copy of the letter with my supporting documents. Visa granted, no issues at all.

Thank You.

After submitting the application that I found out, I entered the date of CoS assigned as wrong. There is no option to recall the application nor edit.

Could someone please suggest what should I do now.
