I am the Director of the company, but as nothing has happened on it. There is no Payroll.
The only thing that happened with the company was me receiving the certificate that it has been set up.

If you already earn more than 35.5k or based on soc code whichever is higher and you have been doing so for a while it should be fine.

If the increase will push you over the threshold, that would be a red flag.

If your company can prove that salary raise was genuine and inline with the policy it will be fine, but don’t expect an answer in the psc appointment. It will likely delay the answer by a few months until audit is completed. Few months is unlikely to make a difference. As people have reported having...

Salary increment made so soon before the ILR will raise a red flag.

If the raise will take you over the 35.5k limit, expect your application to be put hold and audit of your company.
