They are so lazy even after taking huge application fees from applicants. we need to push them guys.

Tier4 varied to ILR But confused about status?

I varied my application from tier4 to ILR and my course is finish now during application but I am confused about what is my current status and conditions for legal compliance .like do I still need to go to college despite my course is finished?

That's not a right choice not to mention it in the ILR. you should mention it because it does not appear in your pnc check so not to worry. I am in the similar situation and would mention it.

if its given in magistrate court then its not civil. its criminal rather than civil issue. and you need to wait 24 months as per ILR criminality threshold. :(

I agree with board members that LIUK official book is good enough to pass at first attempt. Its my personal experience and I passed the test at first attempt It took me no more than ten minutes to finish test.
