To abdelrahman, I'll advice you to go for judicial review. Don't just give up in the tier 1 general just yet. Pre action protocol letter before judicial review and see if they will reconsider. Also use the case law regarding payment in support of your case.

In my honest opinion, HO just like complicating matters with the rules 1. U cannot make a fresh application while u still have a pending appeal. 2. Thanks so much Vinny for the links and for still having me in mind. I've really given up on this issue, whatever happens happens, it's been going on for too long now and really can't be bothered anymore.

My solicitor is aware of the latest Patel case. Hope we get some good news soon.
