Many Congrats britishcitizen. How do you know that you were approved if you havent received your approval? Did you phone and were told that the decision was sent out? Many congrats dnkumas. Did they actually tell you that the application was approved. They woudnt, and asked me to wait for the letter. Looking at coolnattu's timelines, it seems to me that NCS applications are given priority over Postal, followed by Solicitors. I wonder why... Just picked up this post... give it a go.... Call the UKBA on 01516725626 , ignore the voice thingy just press option 2 and then 2 again to speak to an operator . After that tell him that you haven't received your acknowledgement and everything about the declined payment , they will check using you...
