My partners visa was rejected late last year. I have my review deadline at the ens of this month.

Is anyone else in a similar position waiting for a review on appeal bundle? Or has anyone had an overturn awaiting a call letter from ECM?

Thanks sonya.. inshallah you will get the passport stamped soon can I ask whay date they called your husband to overturn the decision? Mines looking unlikely that it will be reviewed by yhe deadline. Soo stressed.

Whats are the chances of ukba actually overturning decisions within the 19 week review period... it appears alot of ppl are being put to court for a hearing without them looking at the appeal and evidence. .. any thoughts appreciated.

I habe got docs back bt cannout get the fee back.. its un refundable anyway..

Thanks always hope.. I visited pak again after marriage.. sent the entry exit stampa too. With calling cards. Out of the 6 mnths of marriage o was in pak for 2 of them over my 2 visits. . Gonna send skype and call history now. Thanks for your help..

See phone cards were used to support my sisters app so I did he same.. its a matter of luck.. i should have sent more stuff. either way I have the proof now just need to send them docs. I cant see the tribunal take it to court.. sis sameena do you appeal from pak?
