I received approval on 14th March, and Invitation (from HO)on 19 March. Both letters were dated the 12th March. I suspect it is a Royal Mail issue. I am still waiting for letter from council (in my area, council automatically sends invite).

Well my money was debited on the 25th of January, and there are people with approvals who had money taken after this date, there must be some system. I am a spouse of native BC, and everything is to the book. I do not really understand what they are doing!!!

None of us no the exact system in which they order applications, some say first come first serve, I reckon it is more likely that months are split maybe weekly and spread to a specific caseworker, and it may then be organised by Surname alphabetically.
