Hi,
Can someone help me, I have applied for FLR FP and my Passport is with Home Office and is expired.My Biometric appointment with HP is coming this week.I don't have passport.What might happen on that day?Will they take my biometrics without Passport or any ID?

If your application is refused and any previous visa (from UK route) has expired you will have become an overstayer. Probably not a good basis from which to sponsor a visit visa. I don't understand why u dint book the ceremony date this month or before 2 march as you know laws are changing and you can never trust student Visa. You should get married asap and later on you can do traditional wedding or whatever. Its quite simple and you are just wasting time and may be chance ...

Hi
Can a Non-Eu National marry an Eu-National in respected EU-Country or any other Eu-Country on Schengen Visa?
for example
Can a brazilian national on Schengen Visa marry his Gf in Slovakia or can they marry in any other Eu-Country with his Schengen Visa?

They have updated the EEA2 form and now make it more complex for family members of Eu-National living in UK and want to apply for 5 years RC.

You don't need to contact UKVI.Simply give notice of marriage to the registrar and get married ASAP because marriage laws are changing on 2rd of March 2015 which will make it more difficult for non-eu immigrants to get married. https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/fil...
