Dear UKVISA1950 you could not get ILR back in 2009 because you did not have LIUK.. call it understandable ! you back qualified in 2011 when you had had LIUK well before you qualified you said you did something online that did not go through does not seem understandable, please explain what happened ...

congrats to have had an appeal allowed there have a few posts been on the forum where people having their appeals allowed were back refused instead of grand a visa. you should stay invloved in services provision and maintain all the necessary paper work that includes money continue to be available. ...

let 2 months pass before you contact UKVI is because standard time UKVI says is 8 weeks they take to process an application technically applies the same for reconsiderations.
if you dnt back hear from UKVI within that time speak to your local MP on information from UKVI that case is still in process

Neither of them options confer or maintain right to work. Jr seems an unnecessary battle when both appeal stages gone passed. New application under same or diffrent category depending on your sitution may be advisable, see what lawyers or seniors here on board say

Under 50k isnot possible is under 200k meeting the criteria in addition to investment. Your friend and his british brother should read policy/guidance to measure their suitability if an investment upto 200k available and can be invested.

it is still within time scale where decision made by court may still be challanged by who lost it. follwoing their guidance time to deal with an application is 8 weeks I think applies the same for the reconsiderations you should not do anything except waiting for another 5/6 weeks if you donot back ...

based up on the published policies,
date you entered in the UK applies(not the date you got your visa on) and yes you can apply within last 28 days of qualifying period.
