Re: Further Submission enquiry

Firstly, you need to know that people don't give advice on what they're not sure about, though we all read it sometimes. My personal opinion about your case is that, it's a complex case of overstaying, deception and a case of using all the right you've got. Your chance of getting leave to remain is ...

Simply add all your income you've been paid In the last 12 months, which should be equal or more than 18600 or depending on how many dependant.
Secondly, make sure your present annual income is equal or greater than 18600 or the amount you need base on numbers of dependant.

Your council tax, utility bills and TV licence don't have ANY effect on your application. Simply submit what they want and how they want it.

It pays you to listen to the honest advice you're being given, if you do otherwise, you'll complicate things without any chance of correcting the damage. It's not something minor like you make it sound. They're not bothered whether you met it in the post or not, you obviously knew you were processin...

Re: Two jobs to make the threshold, but then changed.

Hello, The scenario is a person works two jobs to make the £18,600 threshold (£9,300/6 months). Now after two month they quit one job, but pick up the full time contract on the second job (still keeping on the £9,300 total for 6 months. Could the two month payslips from the first job still count to...

Re: Online Bank Statements - They will or just might reject

Wow! Ok, it is confirmed by the US passport folks... I can apply for a second passport due to this visa timing problem. I can send off my current passport and use a second passport for my upcoming trip. This will give UK immigration much more time to process my application. And I can take another w...

Re: Online Bank Statements - They will or just might reject

Yes, everything should be original. well if you do it exactly the way they want, you're confident of getting it even before it's issued. Trying to question what you can't change or doing it the best way you think it ought to be done can simply result in having to do it again tbh. Just plan your time...

Re: Immigration - Few questions

If you've got ILR, you don't have to inform anyone if your marriage breaks down. you can marry anyone if you choose.
yes, your passport will be returned to you but if UKBA decides to see your passport, you'll have to provide it, rare but they can.

Re: criminal history problem

Thanks Rayking. But the form didn't ask that, so they didn't mention it. Will that lead to a refusal? But if the form hasn't asked you about any previous crime or an arrest, why do you worry yourself about what they haven't requested? My point is, answer questions base on what they ask, never try t...

It depends on the circumstance, except maybe if crime is involved, it should be the easiest in my opinion.

Your answer in question 3.11 has clearly taken your increase into account except I'm missing something. Just explain your ans...

A room should be ok for you and 2 months old baby is counted as "0" for immigration purpose. In my personal opinion, having a child would actually complicate the matter if the child is to be put into perspective. Hopefully, senior members can chip in. I'll suggest getting the job that pays 18600 first, but he must be ready to apply from outside the country. Any other route will be longer an...
