Re: PBS Dependent to ILR

Thank you CR001.

I have only rent agreement and council tax to show. I don't have water or gas bill as we moved house 6 months ago. Are those 2 documents enough?

Re: PBS Dependent to ILR

Hi ,
Can you please let me know how many years worth proof should I submit for cohabitation?
Also how many such documents - will council tax alone do? or should I submit other bills also?

Please note : My husband already has his ILR and I am his PBS dependent.

Many Thanks,
Daya

Re: PBS Dependent to ILR

Sorry , I am a bit confused with this line in the form which is as below : When did you first enter the UK? (Required) This is the date you entered the UK when the period of stay you are basing this application on started. So, should this be 28th Feb 2014 or 11th May 2014? Thanks for your help, Daya

Re: PBS Dependent to ILR

Hi ,
I need further help from you on filling my application form.

What should I fill under 'When did you first enter the UK?' Should it be 11th May 2014 (The day I landed in UK)? or my Visa date of issue - 28th Feb 2014?

Thanks,
Daya

Re: Tier 2 PBS Dependant to ILR

Ok. Noted. Thank you very much ! As a PBS dependant , will I still need to get my husband's A- rated sponsor letter for my maintenance or my husband's CoS as proof? Or is it sufficient to provide my husband's and mine bank statements ( I also work in IT like my husband)?

Thanks,
Daya

Re: Out-of-country Tier 2 application timelines

I dont think that should be a problem. Few of my friends who have applied earlier got their visas without any such proof. They submitted only marriage certificate.
