BC for a family memebr of EU(end of relationship)

Dear All,
I do hold a permanent residecy card as a family member of EU national(unmarried partner). Soon I will be able to apply for BC. When I apply, will that matter if I am not any more in the relationship with my partner?

Dear All,
Does it states anywhere how long before the Residence Permit expires is possible to apply for the PR?

Sorry to be a pain and keep asking but if the sponsor was in employment later lost the job and after few weeks went to the job center to register himself as an uneployed-did he supposed to have a CSI for him and his durable parter for those few weeks? Hi, you would have to update your address on the HO webside-there is a special form. I would also advise to set up mail redirection.
