my application was received by HO on 07/04, acknowledgement letter dated 23/04, Biometrics 07/05 (i believe) still waiting, i will try to call home office tomorrow and see what happen, obviousley i expect a machine answering me: application under consideration , call after 3 months :D

Hello, Firstly I think it does not matter at all of u r in route to ilr via tier 1 but did u apply as company director salary/ dividend or as a full time employment. I did give a breakdown of all my travels abroad, my maximum leave leave at time was 20 days, all holidays visits, unfortunately i don't have my tickets receipts as i was not aware that i need to provide evidence when time comes to apply for ILR.

Suzan I am sorry to hear your application is refused and after 8 months of waiting, I don't have enough knowledge to advise in your case but my feeling is that new rules apply as you made your application after they came in force and i don't think the fact they don't exist at the time of your grant ...

I called 08706067766 today and they told me that my application is incomplete (may take up to 6 months or More) i finished 4 months now and I am thinking of contacting The MP for what is worth! I got a job offer at hand conditioned with my Visa status so i can't start this job till they see my Visa ...
