Re: Granted Less Leave than applied (Tier 2)

I applied for admin review. After exact 28 calendar days, I received a letter that the admin review has been successful and I should send BRPs back. I posted BRPs and after 5 working days I received new BRPs with corrected leave to remain. And 80 pounds were refunded.

Re: Granted Less Leave than applied (Tier 2)

Hi Thiru,

We received a letter yesterday that our Administrative Review has been successful. They asked us to send Biometric cards back so that they can issue new cards. I hope this helped.

Re: Granted Less Leave than applied (Tier 2)

I switched from Tier 4 to Tier 2. Yes my CoS is exactly three years long. I have a copy of CoS. I have applied for Administrative review also. Let's see. I am just wondering if this is a mistake?

Granted Less Leave than applied (Tier 2)

I applied for Tier 2 visa for 3 years with one dependent. The CoS is 3 years long and job type is permanent. We have been granted leave for 2 years 14 days with an IHS refund without stating a reason. Does anyone know on what grounds they can grant less leave than applied?
