appeal allowed on 10th dec, 2013
refund received 10th jan, 2014
been waiting since almost 11 weeks for documents to come back...
What if they dont give a decision in 12 weeks?
HO management sucks big time!!

Decision Received on: 10/12/2014
Refund Received: 09/01/2014
No Documents or further updates, I Call them, they said wait.

BTW is it 5-12 weeks after the refund has been processed or 5-12 weeks after the decision of the appeal. Also what's the best number to call them to enquire about the status of the application.

Priya I am in pretty much similar situation I got refund on 9th Jan, 2013. But didnt received any email or post, may you plese tell what does the email say. Also have you received your visa yet or net... Do u recon they gonna take biometrics again?
