Child born abroad with ILR apply for citizenship alone?

Hi

We (me, my wife & son) recently got ILR under tier1 5 year rule
After 1 year, Can my son alone can apply for citizenship while we both parent continue on ILR? He born outside UK in India
He is now 6 came to UK at the age of 2

Please let me know

what did you put for the question 7.11. How long have you lived in the UK?

is it 4years 11 months or 4 years 8 months as you come after 83 days of initial visa stamp

Hi Macco, the trick , you need to narrow down the search as much as possible. Suppose u want appointment on 29th January 2014 then you enter from date as 28th Jan 2014 and To date as 30th Jan 2014, better to select time as AM/PM which will give more results on those days.
