we deserve better service than this wholly crap... at least we should know where we are exactly now, how many applications is still ahead of us and whether our application is allocated to any case worker team....the answer that you still have to wait is totally unacceptable, and technically speaking...

That's the typical level of service for the £1051 we paid in 4 months advance...they are even not bothered to have a look at it at all... Is it fair some people are getting their ilr early ? We need to bear in mind that published timescale for dealing with 10-year ILR applications is 6 months.
