Re: ILR refused postal application and interview

Thanks Raja. In refusal Caseworker stated that my business was not genuine at time of initial application. My initial application was fully self employed and I am IT Security Consultant. This is ridiculous because the clients I have done contracting work with are British Banks and NHS. I feel casew...

Well one of your Senior Member on this forum is always taunting and accusing others. I have never seen him advising seriously to anyone on any matter nonetheless, he is always there in every thread to judge, And there are moderators who are party to it. Do you think if someone spent well 10 12 years...

Re: Immigration issues, HMRC and HO.

There have been cases in the past and present where people got penalised for something they have not done on purpose. There should always be a room for such people may be a lenient approach to their mistake. Everybody makes mistake no one is perfect even in Westernised Democracy. I am not falling i...

Re: Immigration issues, HMRC and HO.

The point here is that the same applicants went through the process of extensions and were never asked to update their tax affairs. Now the harsh crack down on the same people at the later stage where they have established their personal life businesses and relations are being forced to leave or giv...

Tax year is different to hmrc than the Period you shown to the HO? If the period is different then you seems safe to me. Gurus, I have ...
