Re: Eligible for ILR (10 year)?

It does, but your appeals were refused and that is where section 3C ends. So by the time you got your next application approved, you had a gap of more than 28 days with no valid leave to remain, in my opinion how i understand it. So when did Sec 3c end according to you? As I have been told it ended...

Re: Application has been rejected as Invalid

They ain't wrong. I told you before that it will be invalid. In 2nd time they normally give 10 days to biometric not 10 working. May be some senior can help regarding this issue but you are an overstayer from 24th may. Thanks for your input mate but I can confirm that my letter says 10 working days...

So I need to get it done ASAP (which is fine, though I didn't receive one earlier) Why did you wait till the 24th to enroll your biometrics, knowing that a previou...

Full IHS Refund

I know it's been discussed umpteen times on the forum that there is NO CONNECTION between IHS Refund and the outcome of the application but received full IHS refund on 26th May. Anyone aware of any cases where this might NOT be an indication of a refusal?

Exciting times ahead!!!

Re: T1 Entrepreneur Super Premium Service - delayed!!!

Apologies to hear about your refusal mate.

You mentioned that your previous application was refused due to lack of Business Bank Statement. What did you miss? Bank statements with readily identifiable transactions OR bank statement proving business has a bank account OR something else?

Re: Tier1 50k- Extension Approved

I only gave them FPS and salary slips. I claimed 24 months of employment with 1 employee @ £8.50/hour for 24 months. Thanks for responding Xeesee. Very helpful! Hope you don't mind responding another silly one - As you only had 1 employee for 24 months, am I right to interpret that while filing the...
