That statement of that section 12P is not applicable to you as you are applying under5years on Tier 2 General route.

If you switched from any other category to Tier 2 general to complete 5yr period then you have to answer that (for instance 3yrs on Tier 1 and rest of 2yrs on Tier 2 General.

Yes, she has to apply at the same time that main applicant make new application.

Sending just wedding certificate will be good. I did this way last year, all success. Good luck.

Just spoke with caseworker regarding my variation application refund. He said he is going to fill the refund/exgratia form today and I still have to wait another 10 Working days and I already did wait for 19 working days (You can imagine what my feeling is now!! OMG!)
