just read the guidance again with your post in mind and Yes it makes perfect sense. It means that the business bank statement/letter is compulsory. Thank you for clarifying this:)

Although, I agree with this and am submitting letter from bank with my application but is the above part of the guidance not taken from Initial/Extension section rather than ILR section?

As per my understanding following should be sufficient, considering there is no clear written guidance available:

One document for each quarter and total 3 different types of documents i.e.

2 years = 6 quarter = 6 documents (of 3 different type), one document for each quarter.
