Hi,

Just wanted to give everyone an update so I uploaded documents last Monday successfully and on Thursday she had her Biometrics done in Croydon and on Saturday we got an email of visa approval and she has been granted 2.5 years spouse via.

As per HO if we dont have anything on joint we need to provide 6 documents each so in total 12 documents below is the checklist from HO I have 6 documents however i only have 5 documents for my mrs, can I repeat repeat any of the below document eg I can provide GP letter and hospital letter this wil...

In regards to TIER2 salary can sponsor change that on offer letter as COS has higher salary they have reduce 12k on offer letter? As they have change her salary can she refuse to join them?

Thanks for reply looking at the information provided there is requirement to prove that you are in marriage that is recognized in UK , can I use my nikah nama that has been translated in English? I got married in Pakistan

What if she comes with me on her tourist visa will she be allowed entry to UK knowing there are currently no commercial flights to Pakistan only rescue flights are in operations? Will HO not allow to her switch visa category during this global pandemic ?

As per my cousin he didn't have any reason to delay the application and he reapplied in 1st week of January on 8th or 9th but he doesn't have any proof of postage. Thanks guys thats really helpful, out of curiosity just for my own understanding seems like B1 exam is the one people should be taking exam for but then why A1 is there for? Applicant can sit for B1 exam and use it for their initial application and future applications as well, what is the difference...

Thanks that really useful so just to confirm I can ask her to do IELTS B1 exam in Pakistan which we can use for her initial application and then also we can use the same exam results for her extension and ILR (unless this changes in future) ?
