Hi All
I am applying for my Ilr through tier 1 general dependent,using set o form what I need to select for
Section 3.1: section A or B
What proof I can provide for her absences during 5year,all were family visit abroad.
They were 4months,3months and 3 months in 5 years.

Apply for right abode only visa I did the same for my daughter from Pakistan,
But keep in mind India only allowed one citizenship while we Pakistan allowed for dual.

What do you mean by standard requirements?
I was reading FAQ and it say once one of the applicant granted British citizenship then after that spouse become eligible for naturalisation if 3 years residency requirements is completed.

Please anyone can reply,I got my indefinite stay in May 2014,I passed the B1 CEFR English test from trinity college London in November 2013 and used this certificate for ILR,my question is can I use the same certificate for my naturalisation,there is no expiry date on certificate.
