Is the date of submission of the application would be the date we pay final application fee?
Can it be IHS fee payment date? Once I paid IHS fee, it says we have 10 weeks to complete the rest of the application!

We are paying IHS for spouse visa for 2.5 years. The fee per year is £624 (£1560 total). However, when we went to the IHS website when submitting application, it calculated money in local currency (PKR) which equal £1944. Is it correct?
