It may help you to know that when you are returning together to settle in the UK, the ECO should use discretion. If you're applying for FLR(M) for your spouse and child, you will need to submit your passport with the application.
What visa status do you have?

Meats link will show you that the initial spouse visa fee is £585 just for you, and you'll need visas for the children. Under current rules (due to change) Indefinate Leave to Remain (being replaced with Probationary Citizenship) applied for after 2 years is £850 postal, £1020 in person. This aga...

OK...this is going nowhere...so I have the last word.
I suspect that the OP (who disappeared in all this 'who is better than who' babble), may well be a 'woman scorned' with revenge in mind rather than the right or wrong of illegal status.
Time to close.

You will also need to show that you will be able to support yourselves financially on arrival in the UK without claiming Public Funds, and have adequate accomodation available.
Without confirmed job offers you would need considerable savings. The visa fees alone aren't cheap.

You haven't said what visa status your present girlfriend has. If you are granted a COA and then marry....what happens next? Is she here legally?

Have I missed something here? The ILR fee of £850 is the same for all....whether you're on minimum income as spouse etc or self-sufficient with savings/income of £25,000+....so how have the goal posts been moved? Why would they expect to be issued with an ILR visa free of charge?

Under UK law, you don't have to register your marriage here, so this won't have any affect on your husband's ILR.

As far as reporting her to the Home Office with the intention of revoking her ILR...you would 'shoot yourself in the foot' as you would be admitting to a false declaration when signing the application form...which would be considered a criminal offense.
