You don't need to take the KOL test again. Without a cystal ball it would be difficult to tell you how long your application would take to process.
However, with the concessions now in place regarding the new regulations, you won't be affected by the changes.

You won't be free to work without restriction on your student visa until you've actually been granted FLR(M). If you're applying in person you will have to submit your student records to show that you have been attending your course as per the conditions of your student visa.

You would also need a letter from your husband explaining why he isn't attending the appointment with you.

Do you mean will they grant a visa? If so, Yes if the appeal is successful.
Although I believe the Home Office can appeal against the verdict.

It won't be a problem. As long as you can show that you are able to support yourselves financially, the fact that you are only working part-time won't affect your application. The instruction to checking officers is not to refuse a spouse ILR application purely for financial reasons. They will be fa...

This is just because the bank staff don't want to be bothered, and the attitude varies from branch to branch even within the same company. My husband was lucky and the customer service clerk printed off statements, signed and stamped them without hesitation. I suggest you either speak to the manager...

If they ask for the parents' date of marriage, don't see how they would be able to check this? You could give any answer...it's not required for past visa applications.
Would be difficult enough getting my husband to remember our own wedding date!

They want to see evidence of at least the planning of a wedding, even if you're unable to book the ceremony.
Regarding your plans after the wedding....you intend to settle in the UK.
(If that's what you're going to do).

Adult Education courses run by the local council are usually around £150 a term.
Does your wife just want to improve her English, or is it also to qualify for ILR?
If so, whichever course she chooses, it must contain Citizen's content.

If you want to marry in the UK and switch to spouse from YMS, you will need to apply for a Certificate of Approval for permission to marry from the Home Office. This is unless you can find an Anglican vicar (C of E) to marry you without a COA. Many are reluctant to do so now, unless you both attend ...
