Your wife must apply for a transfer of conditions while the 30 days vignette is still valid. The current fee is £169, but I believe that for an additional fee she can request this to be a priority application. If necessary, your wife can apply for an extension (Transfer of Conditions application) for her 30 day entry vignette. See No.3 in the link posted below:

In which case, you should continue to extend your visa as a PBS Dependant. Switching to FLR(M) would set your immigration clock to zero, putting you on a new 5 year path to settlement (ILR).

Once you were granted ILR you were no longer under Immigration control. Your ILR will not be cancelled if your relationship ends and there is no requirement to notify the Home Office.

Your husband requires either A1 level English from a Home Office approved test provider OR a NARIC ELA (Red Route) if he holds a degree taught in English. Not both.
