Ashishtlr,

I am also using the same form as not other form(version 11/08) is available on BIA website. Also you would need to apply for dependent on separate form (pbsdependantapplication.pdf version 11/08).

Hope senior members would correct if I am wrong.

Well.. thats the only reason why I want to fill this form electronically :-)
I can check 10 times before printing it, which would help me to avoid usual mistake in filling form by hand.

I enquired home office and got the following reply:

"Thank you for your enquiry.

Please note being your dependant visa holder your wife cannot enter UK before you. She is required to either travel with you
or at a later time.
