Re: Recommendation for Immigration Solicitor (Tier 1)

You should be fine even if you apply by yourself. Make sure to arrange all your document properly. I don't think your convinction would affect outcome of your application. I am looking for advice on who is a good Immigration Solicitor for a Tier 1. My case is fairly straight forward and I score 90 p...

I think for infant you are allowed to have 1BHK but for a child over 2 years you should have 2BHK.But you should produce rental agreement to be on a safe side anyway.

Wait for other people to reply as well.

Re: Studying with tier1

Yes you can study after Tier-1. You have to make sure that you earn enough salary to make it to the extension requirements.

You have to take 12 consecutive months for salary. You cannot pick and choose anyn 12months from past 15 months. I can see that you will have to include Novenmber anyway. In that case it will be June - May (including Nov. which is zero earning). This essentially means that you will be claiming earni...

You can use one if you think your case is not straight forward or if you think you will not be able to apply on your own. Many people in this forum initially thought the same but then applied on their own and got approved. Application process is not a rocket science. All you need to do it collect al...

You will need to withdraw your application to get the passsports back which means loosing application fee.

Hire a solicitor who can give you confirm appointments for ILR date. There are many solicitors who can not only prepare your application, get appointments for you but also represent you at home office for the same day service.
