Re: ILR Self Employed

Your documentation looks spot on. Dividend vouchers are not required If you are providing acocuntant letter. To be onsafer side, If possible try to provide documents of last 6 months instead of 3 months. I provided the same set of documents in last december and got ILR on the same day. If your wife ...

You can mention in your application that you offered to buy ticket and also ready to pay penalty on the spot but checker refused to accept it and send your letter instead. You can also challenge the process in front of magistrate as its the TFL who didn't gave you chance to buy ticket or pay penalty...

Re: please help!!IS MY APPLICATION GOING TO BE REFUSED??

Normally any fine/penalty order by magistrate/judge is considered as conviction even if it is small amount. Besides, can you tell us why you went to judge for ticket offense. Normally if you are found without ticket, ticket-checker can fine you on the spot which is not considered as offense, if paid...

I don't think you need to wait untill the last day of the earning period. Unless you are applying uplift ratio where you have to use exchange rate of the last date of your pay period. Each pay period covers a week you have worked and one week in advance. Simple - it's a salary. My question is do I d...

Re: Urgent : Source of Salary Credit Letter from Bank applyi

Not sure what do you mean by "By Salary Only". But as long as your bank statement corroborates net salary of your payslips you are fine. Make sure to get all your statements stamped(if possible). To avoid any confusion at CW side, you can also mention salary credited date in your employer letter too...
